The Society of Creative Anachronism is an opportunity to experience history. We at the Shire of Midhaven immerse ourselves in various pursuits that existed pre-seventeenth century. One person may be interested in archery, thrown weapons and javelins. Another is skilled in equestrian activities or combat. The arts and sciences encompass everyday life activities. For instance, basket weaving, cooking and herbalism, dancing and music, leather work and armor making.
